KitMyRes Vendor Terms of Use

By registering as a Vendor on KitMyRes, you (“Vendor”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). KitMyRes (“Company”) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Vendor Registration and Approval:

  • Vendors must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information.
  • All Vendor applications are subject to Company approval. The Company reserves the right to refuse or revoke Vendor status at its sole discretion.
  • Vendors must provide proof of business registration and/or relevant licenses as requested.
  • Vendor approval is contingent upon the quality and suitability of the products offered, and their relevance to the student residence market.

Product Listings and Content:

  • Vendors are responsible for creating accurate and detailed product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • All content uploaded by Vendors must be original and not infringe upon any intellectual property rights.
  • The Company reserves the right to remove any product listing that is deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.
  • Vendors must ensure that all product information is up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations.

Pricing and Sales:

  • Vendors are responsible for setting their own product prices.
  • The Company will collect a commission of [Insert Percentage]% on all sales made through the KitMyRes platform.

Intellectual Property:

  • Vendors retain ownership of their intellectual property rights.
  • Vendors grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their product images and descriptions for promotional purposes on the KitMyRes platform.

Termination:

  • The Company may terminate a Vendor’s account for any violation of these Terms, or for any reason deemed necessary by the Company.
  • Vendors may terminate their account by providing written notice to the Company.
  • Upon termination, any outstanding payments will be processed according to the payment terms.

Liability:

  • The Company is not liable for any damages or losses incurred by Vendors or customers arising from the use of the KitMyRes platform.
  • Vendors are responsible for any product liability claims related to their products.
